Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using CrewOS you agree to these Terms.
2. Service. CrewOS provides tools for production management (jobs, invoices, call sheets, attachments, collaboration, subscriptions).
3. Accounts. Maintain accurate information and safeguard access (including device biometrics if enabled).
4. Subscriptions. Certain features require a paid plan billed via Apple or Google; managed through the store and RevenueCat.
5. User Content. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.
6. Acceptable Use. No unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized data scraping or reverse engineering.
7. Intellectual Property. App code, branding and design remain our property.
8. Termination. We may suspend or end access for violations. You may delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion page).
9. Disclaimers. Service provided "AS IS" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
10. Liability. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months where allowed by law.
11. Changes. We may modify Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
